Group Coaching

We offer group coaching for those in higher education, mid-level leaders, and entrepreneurs (even solopreneurs). Groups may follow a set curriculum or be free form. Join one of our existing coaching groups or reserve a custom group for you and your team (custom quotes available).

All group coaching is offered in groups of 8-10 individuals who meet once each month for three months, and include the following:

  • One, 30-minute individualized introductory coaching session

  • One, 60 minute group coaching session per month (three-month minimum commitment)

  • Choice of group

  • Option for additional three-month or month-to-month extensions

Per person investment: $409/month for three months

MINDShifts Peer Advisory Forum

MINDShifts is a unique, invitation-only forum where business owners and leaders gather to think and work strategically on their respective organizations through mind shifts (the process of unlearning and relearning). Based on the premise that leaders benefit from questions, impartial advice, and accountability from their peers, this structured and professionally facilitated forum is designed to drive results.

While mastermind and peer advisory groups have been around for many years, our MINDShifts program distinctively blends proven processes with new research and relevant experts to provide an intense and highly focused program. Members become architects of their own success by working on their business strategy more and in their business operations less.

As a member of a MINDShifts forum, you can expect:

  • An exclusive cohort of peer advisors. Members are carefully selected from non-competing industries and all members honor a confidentiality agreement. With the guidance of a professional facilitator and our unique Shifting Circles process, the members meet monthly to present their most challenging issues or greatest opportunities. As a diverse cohort with a commitment to creating and maintaining a safe and trusting environment, members are able to surface and leverage the wisdom of the group. Cohort members comfortably and candidly provide advice and guidance in ways that acknowledge their vested interest in each other’s success.

  • Executive coaching. MINDShifts members receive an initial leadership assessment that evaluates their capabilities around vision, alignment, and execution. Each month members meet one-on-one with their executive coach who provides accountability and ensures focus as the member processes and integrates the knowledge and advice from their cohort meeting. Imagine dedicated executive coaching each month with an accountability partner who is focused solely on you and your needs!

  • A seasoned Cohort Leader. Each MINDShifts cohort is assigned an experienced leader whose style and approach match the needs of the cohort members. Cohort Leaders professionally facilitate monthly meetings, secure topic experts for professional development programs, and provide executive coaching for members.

  • Professional development (Executives & Entrepreneurs tier). Every quarter, each Executives & Entrepreneurs MINDShifts cohort participates in a professional development program with an expert on the topic. Topics are surfaced by each cohort to ensure these programs are timely, relevant, and tailored to their specific needs.
